We proudly partner with local farmers, fishermen, and producers to bring high quality, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients to your plate. Our fish is sourced from Fraserburgh, Peterhead, and Sandend, all our beef and lamb comes directly from our own family farms in Kininmonth and the Black Isle. Even our vegetables are grown by Morag, in Crimond.
